Data we currently process

The site does not require an account and does not collect payment details or build histories on our servers. Part choices and location inputs are used in the browser to calculate results.

Messages and contact details

If you use the message widget, we process the name, optional email address and message you provide so PCNavo can receive your message and respond when contact details are included. The submission is delivered through Web3Forms and should not include sensitive information.

Hosting and technical logs

Our hosting provider may process basic technical information such as IP address, device data and request logs for security and service delivery.

Website analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics for aggregate page views, visits and website performance. We also use Google Analytics only after a visitor accepts analytics through our consent banner. Google Analytics helps us understand visits, traffic sources and engagement. Advertising storage, ad user data and ad personalization remain disabled. Visitors may reject analytics and continue using the complete PCNavo builder.

Advertising

Advertising and personalized advertising tracking are not currently active. Before enabling non-essential advertising technologies, we will update this policy and provide appropriate consent controls where required.

Your choices

You may use the builder without creating an account. Do not enter sensitive personal information into part-search or postcode fields.
